Sometimes I can feel so sad, hopeless or overwhelmed with anger, especially during our trip to Alabama where I learned history I never was taught in school. Or watching the 2012 documentary Central Park Five as I did last evening. Next is Ava DuVernay's 2019 When They See Us. Rereading this helps:
