What Do Women Want? (when seeking a financial advisor)

on Mon, 2014-07-14 19:19

With apologies to Dr. Freud who never could quite figure it out, I believe what women want is pretty straightforward. Women seek an authentic dialogue when they are interviewing potential advisors. This article hints at that, and in fact, states that firms and their professionals (mostly male) should focus more on the process, less on the product. Yes! I am unsure though that anyone "gets it." Process is what is often unstated during a meeting, how we relate to one another, how genuine the interaction, and the ability of our EQ to pick up cues. Good luck to all those who are trying!
